A cryptocurrency security audit is something that all new token launch's should provide. Conducted by an independent and qualified organisation, it give an added level of safety and security on what the code and intentions of the token's smart contract are.
The Audit will declare status of mint and burn features and should identify security risks and specific code units that are not part of a standard token issue.
